Visit Callister
When you visit Callister Brewing, you’ll find 12 rotating taps, including three cask engines for a uniquely British beer experience. Local cider is always on tap, along with local spirits – vodka from Sons of Vancouver and gin from Woods Spirits, are available to mix with our craft sodas.
Callister Craft Soda uses the freshest ingredients and features unique flavours for adults and kids alike. Family-friendly, vegan, and gluten-free. You’ll find flavours like Hibiscus Lemonade, Raspberry Earl Grey, Ginger Beer, and Cream Soda.
Our curbside patio is partially covered by umbrellas to keep you dry and cool. The building is north-facing so we get a nice bit of sun in the afternoon but it’s not too hot in the summer. Evenings are shaded with a nice east-west breeze.
We are family-friendly. Anyone under 19 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We are also dog-friendly but only outside on the patio. If you need a bowl of water for your pup, please just come inside and ask.
The Callister Brewing building is wheel-chair accessible. But we are currently working on a solution to make our outside patio accessible as well.
For food options, Callister Brewing currently has a selection of locally made potato chips (vegan) and cured pepperoni sticks (gluten-free and ethically sourced). We welcome you to order delivery or bring take-out, if you wish.
We offer several gluten-free or non-beer alternatives, including local cider on tap and vodka (Sons of Vancouver) or gin (Woods Spirit Co.) to mix with one of our craft sodas.
Callister does not offer reservations or tours. However, our brewery is open-concept and you can check out our entire (tiny) production floor on the way to the bathrooms!
If you are planning a group brewery crawl, please drink plenty of water, take it slow, and plan for a safe ride home.
