Origin: Our fruited Kettle Sour rotates with seasonality and what happens to be on hand. Previous sours have included Cherry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Blueberry Lemongrass, and our Forager Sour with locally harvested Salal, Oregon Grape, and Blackberry.
Ingredients: Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Hallertau-Mittlefrüh Hops, Lager Yeast, Yogurt, Fruit.
Description: Rich fruit flavors, fairly lightly soured to 3.2 pH.
