Name: Lotusland White IPA
6.8% alc./vol.
Origin: A nickname for Vancouver, attributed to Allan Fotheringham (a Canadian writer). Referring to Homer’s Odyssey, the hero, Odysseus visits a land whose inhabitants are high on lotus, which was intended to reflect our laid back culture.
Ingredients: Pilsner, Wheat, Flaked Wheat; Super Galena, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo Hops; Belgian Wit Yeast.
Description: What happens when a Belgian Wit and an American IPA really really love each other? The White IPA! Classic Belgian Wit notes of orange peel and coriander combine with moderate bitterness and luscious hop aroma to make this hazy beer greater than the sum of its parts!
